Our Team
Jennifer Aalgaard-Bretz, APR, MCM
Jennifer Aalgaard-Bretz is a senior marketing and business operations leader who turns complexity into clarity. With more than 20 years of experience — including six years supporting global initiatives at a Fortune 10 company — she brings structure and strategic focus to organizations navigating transformation, growth, or operational overwhelm.
Jennifer builds systems, processes, and marketing frameworks that empower teams to scale with confidence — enhancing visibility, improving coordination, and ensuring decisions are guided by insight rather than assumption. Her work spans integrated marketing strategy, business operations, technology enablement, and reporting models that illuminate impact and drive smarter investment in multiple industries: cloud technology, logistics, healthcare, educational technology, temporary staffing, government, non profits.
Believing that alignment is a partnership, not a mandate, she collaborates closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, guiding with transparency and shared ownership. Jennifer’s approach helps organizations operate smarter, communicate clearer, and grow with purpose.
Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications & Public Relations, a Masters of Communications & Media, and has earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) through the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
